Demo Account
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps required to
import data into your demo account, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Key Steps
Step
1: Access Data Import Settings 0:00

Hover over the bottom left corner
to find Settings.

Click on Data In.
Step
2: Select Data Source 0:15
●
Ensure you are in Shop Owner View.
●
Click on Data Import in the bottom left.
●
Select your store and choose your
data source.
Step
3: Prepare Data Files 0:47

Select your data source file and
picture data file from your computer.
●
Ensure these files are stored on
your C drive.
Step
4: Install the Plugin 1:13

Navigate to Templates on the left side.
●
Click Download Plugin.
●
Unzip the downloaded file and run
the installation.

5: Configure Printer Settings 1:58

After installing the plugin, you
can map and set actions for your printers.
●
Ensure that any printers you want
to use are installed on your computer.

6: Import Data 2:30

Once the plugin is installed,
proceed to import your data.
●
Be aware that the import process
may take between 30 minutes to 6 hours.

7: Maintain Computer State During Import 2:51

Keep PawnOS open during the import
process.
●
You can lock your computer, but do
not shut it down.

Ensure that your computer remains
on and PawnOS is open during the entire import process.
