Types in Templates
Objective
This SOP outlines
the steps to set action types in templates for loan summaries, ensuring team
members can easily configure and save settings for optimal use.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Template Settings 0:00
● Navigate to the templates section in your
application.
● Identify the template you wish to modify.
Step 2: Change Action Type 0:13
● Select the action type you want to set for the
template:
○ Ignore
○ View
○ Soft Copy
● For example, change the loan summary action to
‘View’.
Step 3: Save Changes 0:23
● Click the ‘Save’ button to apply your changes.
● Ensure that the template is now set to ‘View
Only’.
Step 4: Verify Changes 0:31
● Write a loan using the modified template.
● Check that the action type displays as ‘View’
when the loan is processed.
Step 5: Review Loan Agreement 0:40
● After processing the loan, observe that the
agreement opens in a new tab.
● Confirm that it provides a URL for viewing
without printing.

● Familiarize yourself with upcoming features
related to digital signing via the app or payment URLs.
