Bucket SKU Management Upgrades SOP

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for managing Bucket SKU, including adding reference codes and inventory, to streamline operations and enhance inventory tracking.

Key Steps

1. Access Bucket SKU Management 0:10

    Navigate to the Inventory section on the left side of the dashboard.

    Click on Bucket SKU.

2. Select or Create a Bucket SKU 0:14

    In the Bucket SKU tab, go to Management.

    Choose an existing Bucket SKU or create a new one. For demonstration, select an existing one named Test for Demo.

3. Archive or Unarchive a Bucket SKU 0:24

    Click the hamburger menu on the right side of the selected Bucket SKU.

    To archive, select Archive. To unarchive, select Unarchive.

4. Add a Reference Code 0:29

    Click on Add Reference Code in the top right corner.

    Enter a reference code (e.g., candy bar, bars, 123 or ammo, ammo, 123).

    Ensure the reference code has more than five characters.

5. Add Inventory 1:02

    If there is no inventory, add it by selecting Add Inventory from a customer.

    Fill in the details:

    Cost: Enter the cost per item (e.g., $10).

    Title: Provide a title (e.g., test inventory).

    Quantity: Specify the quantity (e.g., 10).

    Submit the inventory.

6. Search for Inventory 1:28

    Use the quick search bar at the top to find inventory by typing in the reference code (e.g., AMO123 or candy).

    Verify that the correct inventory appears.

7. Conduct a Sale 2:14

    Initiate a sale by selecting the appropriate inventory.

    Sell the desired quantity and complete the transaction.

8. Utilize Barcode Scanning 2:19

    When using a barcode scanner, scan the barcode to automatically add items to the inventory.

Cautionary Notes

    Ensure reference codes are unique and descriptive to avoid confusion.

    Double-check inventory quantities before finalizing sales to prevent discrepancies.

    Regularly update reference codes and inventory to maintain accuracy.

    Utilize the search function effectively to quickly locate items.

    Train team members on barcode scanning to streamline inventory management.

Bucket SKU Management Upgrades Guide

 

1. Access Bucket SKU Management 0:00

     Navigate to the Inventory section on the left side of the interface.

     Click on the Bucket SKU tab.

 

2. Choose Existing or Create New Bucket SKU 0:10

     Go to the Management section within the Bucket SKU tab.

     Select an existing Bucket SKU or create a new one (e.g., ‘Test for Demo’).

 

3. Archive/Unarchive Bucket SKU 0:24

     Use the hamburger menu on the right to archive or unarchive the selected Bucket SKU.

 

4. Add Reference Code 0:29

     Click on ‘Add Reference Code’ in the top right corner.

     Enter reference codes (e.g., ‘candy bar 123’, ‘ammo 123’).

     Ensure each reference code has more than five characters.

 

5. Add Inventory 1:02

     Quickly add inventory from a customer.

     Input details such as cost, title, and quantity.

     Example: Set a quantity of 10 with a cost of $10 each.

 

6. Search for Inventory 1:28

     Use the quick search bar to find inventory by typing in reference codes (e.g., ‘AMO123’, ‘candy bar’).

     The system will display all matching Bucket SKUs.

 

7. Conduct a Sale 2:01

     Initiate a quick sale by entering the reference code.

     The system allows for partial searches (e.g., just ‘ammo’ or ‘candy’).

     Complete the sale by selling the desired quantity.

 

8. Utilize Barcode Scanning 2:19

     Map UPCs for easy scanning.

     Simply scan the barcode to add items to the inventory.
