Rewrite Procedure
Objective
This SOP
outlines the steps to efficiently extend and renew loans using the new user
workflow, ensuring all necessary actions are completed in a streamlined manner.
Key Steps
1. Access
Customer Profile 0:10

Log into the system.
●
Enter the customer’s date of
birth to retrieve their profile.
●
Click ‘View’ to display the
customer profile.
2. Review
Current Loans 0:18
●
In the customer profile,
locate the ‘Current Loans’ section.
●
Review the details of the
loans listed.
3. Extend Loans 0:28
●
Select all current loans by
clicking ‘Mock Redeem All’.
●
Click on ‘Extension’ to
initiate the extension process.
●
Confirm the extension by
clicking ‘Extend’.
●
Optionally, modify any loan
details as needed before finalizing.
4. Renew and
Rewrite Loans 0:53
●
Return to the customer
profile.
●
Select all loans again for
renewal.
●
Click on ‘Renew Rewrite’ to
process the renewals.
●
Confirm that the new loans
have been created successfully.
5. Final Review 1:15
●
Check the system to ensure
all back-end steps have been completed.
●
Verify that the new loans are
correctly reflected in the customer profile.
6. Production
Release 1:29
●
Note that this procedure is
currently in the staging server.
●
Expect the production release
to occur shortly, possibly within a few days.
