Creating and Managing Precious Metals Bucket SKUs in PawnOS
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to create and manage bucket SKUs for inventory in PawnOS, ensuring accurate tracking and pricing of bullion and junk silver.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Inventory Menu 0:00
Navigate to the Inventory Menu button in PawnOS.
Select Bucket SKU from the options.
2. Creating a New Bucket SKU for Bullion 0:14
Click on the three-line menu.
Select Create Bucket SKU.
Enter the title for the SKU (e.g., One Ounce Silver Rounds and Bars).
Set a selling price (e.g., $34).
Add a description matching the title.
Search for and select the Category (e.g., Bullion).
Click Save.
3. Creating a Bucket SKU for Junk Silver 1:45
Click Create Bucket SKU again.
Enter the title (e.g., 90% Junk Silver).
Set a selling price (e.g., $12).
Select the Category (e.g., Bullion).
Add a description (e.g., 90% dimes, quarters, and halves, pre-64).
Click Save.
4. Adding Inventory to the Bucket SKU 2:52
Go back to the Inventory Page and select the Bucket SKU tab.
Navigate to the Non-Metal tab to find available inventory.
Expand the column to view details.
Select the inventory item (e.g., 90% Silver Quarters).
Click the three-line menu and select Confirm.
Set the selling price (e.g., $12).
Click Submit.
5. Associating Inventory with the Bucket SKU 3:56
Click the three-line menu again.
Select Add the Bucket SKU.
Choose the appropriate Bucket SKU (e.g., 90% Junk Silver).
Confirm the quantity and click Submit.
6. Verifying the Added Inventory 4:21
Return to the Inventory Page and select the Bucket SKU tab.
Check that the quantity for the SKU is updated correctly.
7. Adding Additional Inventory Items 4:34
Go to the Non-Metal tab and select Waiting for Approval.
Expand the column to view details.
Select the inventory item (e.g., Silver Eagles).
Click Confirm and set the selling price (e.g., $40).
Click Submit.
8. Finalizing the SKU for Silver Eagles 5:42
Click the three-line menu and select Add the Bucket SKU.
Choose the One Ounce Silver Rounds and Bars SKU.
Confirm the quantity and click Submit.

Return to the Inventory Page and check the Bucket SKU tab.
Ensure that the quantity for the SKU is accurate.
